Whether you’re aiming to get in shape or take your game to the next level, this program ensures a balanced approach to athleticism and skill development.

- Direct admission is available for players under 11 years.
- For older age groups, selection is based on skill level, performance, and assessment by coaches.
- Must meet the required stamina, agility, and endurance benchmarks.
- Should possess good speed, reflexes, and flexibility for badminton movement.
- Should have a strong foundation in basic stances, footwork, and grip techniques.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in serves, smashes, net play, and defensive skills.
- Prior participation in district, state, or national-level tournaments is preferred for higher age groups.
- Players must be dedicated to regular training and follow a structured regimen.
- Expected to maintain consistent attendance and show progress in skill development.
- Players (except Under -11 players ) need to undergo selection trials.
- Coaches will assess technical skills, match play performance, and fitness levels.
- Must exhibit sportsmanship, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Should be open to feedback and constructive coaching.
1. Warm-up and Fitness:
– Dynamic Stretching: To improve flexibility and prevent injuries.
– Cardio Exercises: Running, skipping, and shuttle runs to build stamina.
– Strength Training: Focus on leg muscles, core, and shoulders etc.
2. Technical Skills:
– Grip and Stance: Proper holding of the racket and positioning on the court.
– Footwork Drills: Agility exercises to enhance movement and speed.
– Shot Techniques: Mastering different shots such as smashes, clears, drops,
and drives.
3. Tactical Training:
– Game Strategy: Understanding singles and doubles strategies.
– Match Play: Simulated matches to apply tactics in real-time.
– Situational Drills: Practice specific game scenarios.
4. Cool Down:
– Static Stretching: To relax muscles and improve recovery.
– Breathing Exercises: To enhance relaxation and mental focus.
5. Mental Conditioning:
– Focus Exercises: Techniques to improve concentration during matches.
– Visualization: Mental rehearsal of plays and strategies.
6. Nutrition and Recovery:
– Diet Tips: Guidance on proper nutrition to support training and recovery.
– Recovery Techniques: Use of rest, hydration, and massage to maintain
peak physical condition.
7. Feedback and Analysis:
– Video Analysis: Reviewing footage to identify strengths and areas
for improvement.
– Personalized Feedback:

Quarterly Fee: ₹45,000 for a duration of 3 months.
